Creighton still in a good position to host 1st/2nd rounds. This match was really about either wanting a better seed, or keeping the dream alive of hosting a regional. I'd say that dream is over.

Creighton hasn't lost back to back matches since 2019. They'll put that to the test against Purdue now.
