Wonder if there is some standard of playing in Nebraska system, assuming other than hitting, that Landfair still needs to reach in practice before Cook will play her.

I hate to be the news flash here, but I don’t think stivrins was brought in for her journalistic prowess, commentating skills, and objectivity. The growing trend is to have recent grads commentate and give player perspectives to the game. I doubt the majority of the ones we’ve heard from are actually considering broadcasting as a career. Stivrins has signed with LOV Omaha. I’m aware. Hence why I’m not sure why some people are griping about her commentating when it’s so very clearly temporary |

I like SC to beat a lot of good teams this year. they have a few really key pieces and when Wijay is back, they'll be a tougher out.

I like SC to beat a lot of good teams this year. they have a few really key pieces and when Wijay is back, they'll be a tougher out. I'm hoping the Women can host and make it back to the regionals. Even if they get wiped out in the Regional Semis, it'll be a massive achievement given the state of the program since 2017. Then again, I also wouldn't put past the idea of USC getting shipped out and having to play against a Wright State type-team in round 1 and messing their way to a 1st round tournament exit. |

I'm going to be the grumpy fan who whines after sweeping the opponent. If you don't like it, keep on scrolling.
We are an elite passing team so I get that there will be SOME balls that we pass perfectly but don't score the point on, that's just a matter of volume. But it's way too many IMO.
Landfair earned the start tonight. She literally was carrying us against UCLA and is hitting nearly .400 on her chances this season. Such bs. Krause had FOUR KILLS tonight and even those stats are also inflated (net violation, horribly mismanaged dig by Livings on a deep roll shot). She only really had maybe two actual good kills IMO.
Allick will have her few kills and then go quiet for 90% of the match offensively.
These giant runs that we've given up in multiple matches are just unacceptable for a team with as many options as we have. Make a sub if you need to just to put an end to it.

Wijay definitely could’ve came in today for defense and passing. I know Livings is just a freshman but there’s some digs back there that Wijay would’ve made that Livings didn’t and we needed those tonight |
