Pregame

Una Vajagic (She sounds a bit halting at first, but her english is actually very clear.)
Had an ACL injury made her think about her injury and education in the US
Wisconsin was the best environment and loved the team
I can learn a lot from Sarah and Julia as an OH
Impressions of US - it's very unreal. Knows it from the movies. Really impressed with the resources.
Madison - loves the nature and being on the lake. Can't wait to see what winter is like.
Hasn't decided on a major, thinking about nutrition.

SO percentage: super important stat. Looking at first ball side out and transition. Helps them decide which rotations to start in. 
Like how Rutgers has improved last few years. Need to keep rack of Kinkella.
Good serving team. Need to put up nice medium(?) passes to get offense going.

Sheffield
Liked the response at NW after the gophers match
Played pretty well, communicated really well between the points, very balanced
Good communication is specific, it's about volleyball. What is opponent doing and what are we doing in response
Productive communication instead of "noise." It takes practice especially in stressful hectic situations.
Rutgers serves very well. RS take a lot of big swings. Very happy going to her short row or back row out of the BR
Some talk about Springsteen songs. (radio cutting in and out a lot - lost a lot of this)

While my volleyball allegiances are elsewhere, as a Rutgers alum I can’t help but root for the Scarlet Knights. I think Schweihofer has done a great job and it would be cool to see them keep building.
