MSU’s second highest kill total is from setter Bishop. That should not be. I have a feeling this is going to be a loooong Big Ten season for MSU.

Ok the Reilly experiment needs to end. We lose way more points when she comes in than we win. I agree. It would make some sense if she came in for Laynie on serve receive when Brooke is left front. That is a problem rotation for us. Coming in to serve for a middle makes little sense and keeping CMM on the bench for a serve receive doesn't help. |

Ok the Reilly experiment needs to end. We lose way more points when she comes in than we win. I was hoping someone else was on the same page here. She has missed her last 3 serves and that’s like 70% of her responsibility. Barry is better, but there have been a handful of easy balls to her that she passes it 14 feet off the net. Like why?? Are they teaching that or something? We look good and then we make 3 unforced errors. We’re like the 2 steps forward 1 step back team. |

Do you know something we don't? I'm hoping she's not done. I don’t know anything, something which doesn’t stop me (or just about anyone else on these threads) from spouting off. Holmesian deduction caused me to conclude, given how invested she is in the team, she didn’t even attend games because of some sort of quarantine such as covid. She was on the sideline last weekend, so hopefully whatever kept her from the team is over. If she travels and dresses this weekend my hopes will turn positive, even if she doesn’t play. If she doesn’t dress, I would be afraid that is it for the year. I don’t know if she would like to play another year if given the opporunity. After four years it would have taken a lot to persuade me to return to college for another semester. My money is on a concussion |
