Klisten Lawrence left in the winter 3 years ago, it might have also been college grades related or HS transcripts or it might have just been playing time. He was the top recruit in the country IIRC. He went to train in PR with his dad who was a coach and was signed shortly after as a developmental type player to Milano A1 Italy. He has played the past 2 seasons in A2 Italy and been the main offensive weapon for the PR national team. The setter Ryan Peluso? Sorry, you guys were talking about Lawrence. I heard he had to take the SAT 5 times just to get the minimum score to get into college. Definitely not meant for the college game. Peluso is still at Long Beach, played 7 sets his freshman season, redshirted last season, and is now a redshirt sophomore.

Nikolov looks amazing and looks like LBSU’s best player by far The kid has no business playing college ball and he knows it, there no way he hasn’t received some big pro offers already. He either wants a degree (which is a very scary idea for everyone else in the NCAA having to play against him for 4 years) or he’s just doing this for fun. he's really just toying with everyone

It is his original position and he played it very well over the summer with the CAN national B team. He passed well and was very good from the service line and at the net. Last year LB put him at OPP to fill a hole, he shared passing duties with Godbold, Mason passed 50% or more of the court, Soto a 1/3 & those 2 split a sliver and we e e the serving targets. I remember watching him struggle a little finding his grove at opp but he settled in well. A few awkward swings and foot faults on the D ball early season, it was impressive how fast he figured it out.
