Congratulations to the Gophers team on that comeback! All the Gopher fans living through all these 5-setters...  My personal hell would be being forced to watch the Gophers play five sets over and over. (Exaggeration because I love my gophs) What does Jessica Lange have against knotty pine? Fun fact: she's from Minnesota!  She's not only from Minnesota, she's a Gopher. |

I turned it off after the second set, figuring the only chance was if I didn’t keep watching. So happy to be right. To the other Gophers… “you’re welcome; I’m happy to make these sacrifices.”  Those of us who are about to cry (tears of joy) salute you. |

Do you prefer the match thread be only for end game synopsis? Wucherers passing, paired with a clear discomfort when pulling herself off the floor, certainly helped create that early 2-0 hole, and then she redeemed herself in the second half. Okay so, I was checking this thread while watching LV-SMU on espn. My thought was “maybe not comment/react to each and every play?” Or is that not how volleytalk does things. The last comment I read before going back to watching LV was “wucherer needs to be off the court” then when I checked the stats, she was hitting .400. I dunno, still consider myself new around here so don’t come at me too harshly please Who are you, an assassin of fun?!?  |
