I bet they wait to post a bracket until the judge rules on the lawsuit.

I bet they wait to post a bracket until the judge rules on the lawsuit. I'll take that bet. If I was getting sued, I would make sure I'm acting as though the suit has no merit and will be dismissed. In this case, I'm pretending everything is normal and in public everything goes on as normal. Behind the scenes, everyone know that pretty much anything could happen, so those involved are not making any unbreakable plans.

On the one hand, it apparently means there is no possible way SJSU could win the tournament without playing a match. But on the other hand, we have a situation where they are guaranteed to be scheduled in the semi-finals against one team that has boycotted them once or else another team that has boycotted them twice.

Karma is a b*tch and now let’s see the chicken sh*t schools end their kids seasons by forfeit or prove that it was all political BS and just kidding we will play you when it really matters and the election is over.

Honestly, I can't wait to see what Utah State or Boise do.
Do they sacrifice their "morals" to get into the tournament or hold firm on their convictions....
Stay tuned...

We know their first move is to use the legal system to try to force SJSU to play without their starting OH. Because they are already suing for that.

It is tough enough for the young women of BSU, Utah State and Wyoming to lose a match when they play, I am quite certain that it was even tougher to forfeit matches they believe they could win if they had played. No matter what their decision regarding playing in the MWC, they backed up their words with action. The real losers are the people who besmirch the character of these young women simply because you disagree with them.

Utah State and Boise State are fine to forfeit if they choose, but I would prefer them to do it pre-tournament to not take away opportunities.
Let UNLV (who is playing better!) and New Mexico play in the tournament instead.

They need to stay home, since they don't want to play, especially those that cried wolf about the Safety BS

The rule was in place. They have no case And now they are just gonna go after the judge now. Slash and burn whatever they feel like.
