This is my first time really watching Cal this year. Their setter is... it's really too bad that their main setter and backup setter are out. maggie li is so good, i was hoping for good things for cal this season. but the setting , , ,
i haven't watched much of this match but the passing was not great earlier either

So this is Cal's second backup setter? Well they're still keeping it close. And I get the sense Li chose Cal because of the academics and won't be quick to transfer, so that's good for Cal |

So this is Cal's second backup setter? Well they're still keeping it close. And I get the sense Li chose Cal because of the academics and won't be quick to transfer, so that's good for Cal Yes, Maeder is the regular setter. She was injured in the Colorado tournament in Sept. Morningstar was the backup setter. She's been out all season. I think she got injured a bit before the season started. Lau has improved but still struggles a lot.
I hope you're right about Maggie Li. I get the same sense but that's just my impression.

GA Tech way ahead in the 3rd and Li subs out with what looks like a cramp. Looks like it's a wrap.

Great win for the Bears to break that losing streak!
Anyone know what happened to Mansfield? Is she injured? Or coach wanting to insert a true opposite?
Anyone know Antonio's status? Given her experience, thought she'd be starting...is she still injured?
