Big night for Jordan Harvey as she mesmerized the crowd with some spectacular kills, especially on the pipe attack. On her last pipe attack she almost went underneath the net. That kill was worth the price of admission alone. She also had some great wrist-away attacks from the right side.
Rubin had a solid night also with lots of successful tools off the block and some great floor D.
Stanford started out slow as their passing was subpar in set one. UVa was a scrappy team and they managed to win some long rallies, but Stanford just had too much firepower and better floor D.

Harvey hopefully is hitting her stride. The pipe sets will be really good to give teams something to think about. Couldn’t be better timing.
