They did already, first conference match π Gophers didn't surprise me. They played exactly how thought they would. The badgers surprised me with how poorly they played in transition. Maybe the huskers can surprise me like that too. ;-)

Two schools that love good volleyball. Almost always a fun match.

I thought this was an interesting thing for Keegan to say after the Oregon loss. What does "we were making too many changes" mean? So if people are shanking heβs not going to make changes? Scary plan!

Ok, but the real question is, do we GET the chair if we win... The charity holds onto it now. Iβm curious how much the universities are aware of it anymore.

Maybe the huskers can surprise me like that too. ;-) The Badgers inexplicitly started GG at libero the entire match despite her getting relentlessly targeted by Minnesota. I understood the decision to let her try to win the spot back, but by 4 sets, it was pretty clearly she was not going to cut it. She isn't even allowed to serve receive anymore.

I am not feeling good about this match coming off such an abysmal week. This will be a quick sweepy sweep. Landfair will have something to prove and will go off for 15 kills. Huskers will serve only the Wurcherer/Z seam and will have a record amount of aces (insert amount here). Go Gophers! IMO Landfair will be more of a motivating factor for MN than NE.

I agree, I think MN will be a lot tougher than people think.

I think Minnesota could snag the first set. It's not uncommon for opponents to come out really strong against Nebraska and play fearless in that first set, ripping their shots regardless of the block, and just going for it on serves. The fact they're coming off of 2 poor performances, I'm sure they'll be fired up. The Landfair inclusion just makes it a little more spicey for them.
Nebraska 3-1.
