PSU ahead of Wisconsin. At this point I have to agree, with the worse losses by Wisconsin. But, the margin is thin. 1 point! Compare the records carefully, and you see Penn State is very good...at home. If you compare Louisville (common opponent), they look great. (Where'd they play?)
Now compare Northwestern, Iowa, Indiana, etc. Wisconsin is the better team.

Kentucky and Kansas should be on every ballot. So should Florida with the way Kennedy Martin is playing. Exactly. Some people are clearly not watching a lot of volleyball

PSU should be punished for a beat down like that…. They looked great for 52 points. Then they just collapsed. I honestly discount the third set for the most part - after losing a deuce set and then collapsing in the 2nd, they needed to come out strong to have any chance in the 3rd and as soon as they didn't they were just mentally done. That being said, the way Wisconsin played Saturday, PSU would have had to been out of their minds to win. They don't have the key component (passing) to bypass Wisconsin's greatest strength (blocking you when you're out of system). Unfortunately (for us) Nebraska does and that's who we play twice among the Tier 1 teams.

The last few weeks is going to be crazy with some of these matchups and the conferences did good in making sure that it is supposed to come down to the end of the year to decide the conference champs

Wouldn't be surprised to see Florida end up in the top 16 with the way they've been playing of late. K. Martin is connecting well w/ both Stucky and Park and putting up 1st team AA/POTY candidate numbers. If she can keep it going, makes Florida a tough out for a lot of teams.
