They are really missing Jacobs, but somebody needs to step up besides Vaulet. |

K-State SWEEPS TCU, 25-23 in the 3rd. TCU pulled their setter for blocking help and paid for it as a second ball dropped with no play on it.

#198 UL-Lafayette up 1-0 on #41 GA Southern This is the last match of the season for the Cajuns as they will not qualify for their conference tournament. A very cool moment came tonight for Cami Hicks. She needed 4 blocks to take over the program record for blocks. It looked to be a tall task against one of, if not the best team in the Sun Belt. She had 5 blocks in the first set and they take the set! Louisiana-Lafayette upsets Georgia Southern 3-1, and the Cajuns season comes to an end. Another senior, Siena DeCambra, had a season-ending injury (ACL?) very early in the year. UL-Lafayette subbed her in when they were up 24-17 in the 4th. At match point, even with limited mobility, they bring her in to serve. She miraculously gets an ace. A couple cool moments for ULL tonight. Two seniors going out in style. |
