I like that they remove any breaks for commercials etc, but part of me wishes they wouldn’t, because they end up *also* slicing out any commentary during breaks, and the flow of the match gets broken. It’s not as bad a when they crunch the match (or football game) to fit in 60 minutes, but still an irritation. |

Wait why is Wucherer playing? Girl is going through mental and physical breakdown and Cook still forces her to be embarrassed match after match. IMO McKenna should sit out the rest of the Big 10 season and get intensive therapy for whatever it is that is wrong with her physically. Hopefully, she’d be ready to go full bore at tournament time. Let ACEvedo (new moniker for Alex!) be a 6 rotation player so she can get more reps to sharpen up her hitting skills. She already has earned the right to be in the back row defensively, as she took on Michigan’s big jump server and handled that assignment well. Her serving has always been good, but in this match it was exceptional! She served 34 times, had one SE, and 7 aces, one short of the record for the PAV. She’s been a great addition to the team, congrats to our coaching staff who saw her potential and persuaded her to be a Gopher! Props to Julia Hanson for getting a new personal record for kills in this match. Her development this year has been magnificent! Taylor who? Let’s go to Madison and Bust the Badgers! Rah!! |

This was Z’s first career double double - 14 digs and 13 assists I just got around to watching the match this morning and didn't really notice she had that many assists! Her consistency with location could use some improvement, imo, but if it was off at all yesterday I guess the hitters made it work! Julia sure seems to be more terminal out of system now compared to early in the season. Mel digs so many dang balls that it's no wonder Z is 3rd among B1G liberos in assists/set! |

This was listed as “full match” … and it did include all the time the ball was in play (and, to be fair, *most* of the time between points, too). But timeouts were mostly sliced out — whether there were commercials or commentary — challenge review time was cut out, and sometimes, even a longer-than-average time between points was snipped. Sometimes, I swear, they were “saving” just 2-3 seconds. |

Sometimes, I swear, they were “saving” just 2-3 seconds. Yea, you gotta go with the Uncut or you are going to miss something. I'm impressed with how quickly they can edit the various versions but I always end up being frustrated with those because they are usually so haphazard. Injuries are a good example; they always get edited out in the shorter versions but I often find myself going back in some games to see what happened. |
