Wait this is really bad for the WCC It actually doesn’t matter for the WCC honestly. USD and Pepp both lost (x2) to LMU. Looking at the WCC standings: Oregon State, 7-8, 9-16 Pacific 7-9, 17-11 Saint Mary's, 5-10, 9-15 Where the h*ll did pacific find the teams to go 10-2 in the pre-season? like... colorado school for the deaf? southeast northwestern missouri state baptist school for the jewish?

I think Pacific is better than their WCC record might indicate, honestly. They did have some cupcakes - but they beat College of Charleston, Fresno State, Yale, Grand Canyon, and Sacramento State. It's not overly impressive, but, it's not like they were beating up on the bottom teams of D1.

Well, one of the schools was USC Upstate... so you're close. RPI #147 Pacific lost to #150 Iowa State and #116 UNLV, but managed to beat #212 Northwestern, #48 Yale, #264 USC Upstate, #103 CoC, #275 Portland State, #243 Butler, #137 GCU, #139 Fresno State, #222 CSU Bakersfield and #133 Sac State.

I think that Pacific has run hot and cold all conference season long, as they heavily depend on one super-senior pin hitter (Edwards). They usually run a 5-1, but ran a 6-2 against LMU and while Edwards didn't have her typical production, most of the other hitters did better than usual. Also, LMU may just occasionally lay an egg, as they did in their early loss at San Francisco (when they were using a 5-1 rather than a 6-2, due to injury).

OSU up 1-0 on Washington looking to go up 2-0 with a big lead in the second funny to think that going into the szn, no one would've thought the "upset" would be in this direction...

Hardly an upset at this point, but Indiana is looking to be on their way to sweeping UCLA.
