I think a player got a red card? A staff member got a yellow and a player got a yellow, 2 yellows give a point to the other team (I assume) Modridge got a red card (point). While the coach got a yellow early in the set, then Bertolino got a yellow later, it was Modridge's straight red that cost GT the point.

are you there in person? I have no announcer feed on ESPN+ No. I'm watching on ESPN too with no announcer. I thought it was two based on the down ref's signaling, and I think the up ref pulled out the card twice (couldn't hear but it def looked like 2 players yelling at the down ref) but on the stats I only see one "sanction to gt" Center line violation on MH #7. Then looked like a red card to #0. Then yellow card to #5. I'm not sure how the rest of the match was officiated, but that call (and all the other calls that GT was whining about in set 5) looked like they were officiated correctly. That staff just likes to complain.

I went back and watched the replay and I truly don't get why this team gets SO up and arms over things like this. The first yellow card was on Collier for arguing a "reach over the net" call on an overpass and she just cannot seriously think it was a bad call, yet she's just ranting and screaming at the R2. Idk if she was tryna get her team going since it was like 3-0 in the 5th, but obv didn't work out in the end eh.

I'm still confused how it got to 9-12. All the play-by-play say is Taylor Head got a kill, but GT fully got the ball up and was in transition when the whistle blew. I think a player got a red card? The red card is what made it 9-13. But the kill for Head that GT got the card for arguing was not there from what I saw.

You should have said getting that UPSET over a centerline call is so unserious.
