Bien with 14 kills, 18 digs and 4 blocks midway through the 4th.
Swanson has been playing in the front row for Elnady in the 3rd and 4th sets. Swanson is from not far from Manhattan Kansas - so great to see her play @ Kansas State.

I feel like the down and up officials have been guessing this whole game. I’m guessing there have been double-digit touch/no touch calls plus in/outs that have been incorrect.

Kansas wins set 4 28-26 after being up 18-10 earlier. Glad to get past Kansas State - these are such tough rivalry matches.

I had chalked this up as a loss at the beginning of the year so very happy to get away with a win and no injuries. K-State (especially when they had Gregorski) are too talented to be missing the tournament for 4 straight years, but they just can’t play consistently at a high-level (and when they are playing at their best they are good).
Carter and Szulczewski are good players and props to Carter for hanging around at K-State for 5 years.
