That is blatantly not true! while I have seen some inflated expectations of LOVB in terms of level of play (meaning they aren't seeing the top leagues in the world rn), it's solidly a jump (maybe more) up from PVF. Agree PR wants to inflate expectations: they need people to buy ticketz: but really: 16 matches for a pro season and a smattering of USA players who are using LOVB to make a last push into retirement! And the range of talent between a national team player and some of players they used to fill i. Rosters are questionable: looking corward to the eventual merger : its a mist for both to survive: pvf improved salaries by 300% for top salary and if trajectory continues brings in substantial salary battle and that usually causes one of leagues to lose!? |
