Did a quick glance at some different web sites. Came up with these four with over 1000 attempts-Anyone else?
Janine Sandell (UCSB)-1357 Zuzana Ceninska (Utah State)-1256 Kim Glass (Arizona)-1171 (she had 97 against SC) Bibiana Candelas (USC)-1044
Do most of these girls hit a lot out of the back row also?
BTW-Oganna had 1819 last year. If there is such a record, that's got to be it.

Some others to add:
Jane Collymore(UF)-1147 Laura Jones(TAMU)-1396 Katie Johnson(Michigan State)-1107 Rachel VanMeter(Illinois)-1641
I would assume most do hit out of the backrow. Don't know about Bibi. I think all the others are true OH's, who play all the way around.

And every one of those arms/shoulders only has so many swings to their lifetime too! KG is great at wearing out her OH's.....

Stacey Gordon (the Ohio State) 2001--1074 2002--1647 2003--1601 2004--1729 If she had ever played in the Final Four or even made it to the playoffs in '03 she might have had a few more.

Don't know about Bibi. I think all the others are true OH's, who play all the way around. VanMeter had _99_ attacks last week against Purdue. Shondells says, you have that many attacks, you are going to get quite a few kills...(38 or so? But something like 30 in the first two games).
