Does anyone know of what kind of specific things the NCAA is looking for in order to televise an event locally. I understand Hawaii's station gets to do the Penn St regional. I have yet to hear anything for NETV. They said they are still negotiating. Usually this isn't a problem and am wondering what the hold up is this time around.

Yeah, I am just wondering what is taking so long with NETV. Usually they announce it at the latest on Tuesday. But on our football show, the guy said they are still "negotiating"

I just wonder if that tower that got knocked down a few weeks ago has anything to do with it? I know its a very limited budget.

Maybe they are working on the Friday match and then trying to work out a deal to televise the Saturday one too, via ESPN. I remember they broadcast live the 2000 semi final even though it was tape delayed for the rest of the country.

You don't have to be there at the beginning but you will miss any that you are not there in time for. It is just like TV in that regard. Just go to Huskers.com. You won't have to log in I don't believe. There will probably be a link from the main page or at least a link to the page where you can get to for the video link. There will be a link for both audio and video. Video will be showing exactly the same as what you would see on TV with sound. The audio will be our normal radio announcer, John Baylor.

Actually, it will be shown on ESPNU regardless of whether Nebraska advances or not.
