Since the premature Penn State/Minnesota poll helped get UT excited, thought I'd put this one up ;D

HAHAHA TDCincy, this is a good idea. We laughed when we saw it. We figured we wouldnt stir up as much trouble as we did last time, because our finals start tomorrow and we have had study days the last two days. Although, now that you have made this thread, i gotta put my opinion in there. Penn St. played some pretty low intensity games last weekend. They are gonna come out on friday and not play at their full potential for the first game. What does that mean? It means Tennessee takes game one, and everyone knows that tennessee is undefeated after taking game one, except for the one time that the refs were paid in AL. Plus, Amy wants this one really really bad. Go Lady Vols!!!

Amy Morris vs. Russ Rose.
Good match-up.

I think she could take him.

I think she could take him. That would be a good battle. I'm sure Morris would like nothing more than to boot Russ out of the tourney after her short stint in Happy Valley. I worry about the Nittany Lions' loss of Harmotto...I don't know if they can make up the difference.

I think she could take him. I worry about the Nittany Lions' loss of Harmotto...I don't know if they can make up the difference. That's the big question everyone's been wondering about. PSU is a talented team -- with or without Harmotto. But to lose a valuable player late in the season is not good for any team (e.g., Hawaii losing Watanabe last year; Stanford losing Kehoe and Barboza this year). PSU's 1st/2nd round matches didn't really give them much of a test. How PSU does against a good Tennessee team will play a big part in how this postseason turns out. If they come out and stomp the Vols, a lot of people will probably start calling them a (if not "the") favorite again. That will definitely be an interesting matchup.

I don't give Tennesee much of a shot in their showdown against PSU. I think they'll give Penn State a good run for their money, but PSU is too good.
What a great year, though, and I'm glad to see Fautsch doing so well.

I'm sure neither team is looking past tomorrow's matches. Hawai'i needs to focus on Mizzou, and Penn State on Tennessee.

I'm sure neither team is looking past tomorrow's matches. Hawai'i needs to focus on Mizzou, and Penn State on Tennessee. The closer it gets to a game, the greater the focus to that game gets. So tomorrow's game is really on everyone's nerves right now. It's trembling time. I am confident Hawaii will win over missouri, but the opposite may occur. This is scary!
