st johns beat cincinnati today in three games. they deserve some national attention. Yeah, because, you know, beating Cincinnati is one of those things that makes people notice you. Like I said, they have to get in line besides teams that deserve national attention before them.

The Big East is an extremely poor conference. Go through the websites of the teams in that conference and check the schedules and results. No one in that conference is capable of defeating anyone of note. They load up on patsies in hopes of padding their records and end up losing most of those games also. This is a conference that doesn't deserve any national recognition until they prove that they can win games against "real" volleyball teams. If they get more than two teams in the tournament this year, it will be a joke. The only two teams in this conference that have had any impact on the national scene have been Notre Dame and Louisville, but this year they are having no success against teams of significance.

they have wins over South Carolina and Florida State and their only loss is to Southern Cal. No line needed for them.
