You have to like to watch a football team that throws 62 times a game. It is better than watching games like Wisconsin-PSU today, which was much less exciting than the volleybal match involving the schools last weekend and had to make any neutral fans fall asleep. I wish Hawaii would play Texas Tech. That would be cool. I wonder how many NCAA records could fall in that one.

UH's football team is ranked #1 in the sportscaster's "Damn...that's a hard last-name to pronounce..." poll.

Sanders should have a great shot at WAC Player of the Week if Kamana'o's WAC assist record breaking weekend doesn't take the spotlight.

Ugh. Car trouble today and I missed the match on the radio and everything.
Nice win for UH. I wasn't worried about them losing at all... but they did a nice thumping's worth tonight... both teams.
As far as Oregon State is concerned, I believe they are on the schedule, DiggUH, for 3-4 weeks from now.

Yep, that's what I was referring to. UH plays OSU in their final regular game of the season, then there's the possibility that OSU may come back again three weeks later to play UH in the Hawaii Bowl if they end up 6th in the PAC 10. I hope it'll be a different team as I don't really want to see the same team here twice in a row. Oregon would be nice.

Anyway---back to volleyball. Question. Is Jamie Lee eligible for the WAC all Freshman team since she red shirted last year, or is it only for 'true' Freshman?

Damn the Hawaii Bowl. This is what gets me about college football. Hawaii could play really well but the best they can hope for is the Hawaii Bowl (unless they win the WAC AND end the season undefeated). It's like...yikes...not the Hawaii Bowl again! Man, that early 1990s Holiday Bowl vs. Illinois was SOOOOO cool. Hawaii's supposed to play the #6 team in the Pac 10. Right now Oregon State is tied for #4. It would be a bummer if they dropped to #6 at the end of the season and came right back here to play UH again in the Hawaii Bowl. I hope there's some flexibility there. That would really suck ass!
