Looking at the stats, Hana Cutura with 28 kills, hitting .386. Angie Pressey with 18 kills and 15 digs. Oregon was led by Sonja Newcombe with 17 kills and 13 digs. Mira Djuric had 16 kills and Erin Little had 14.
Like their last meeting, Cal led in nearly every stat category. They outblocked Oregon 17-6.

I had to figure that Cal would win this one in a revenge match. Oregon has had a good season, but they seem to be struggling at this point.

Yeah, Oregon's been in a slump ever since almost upsetting Washington. I wonder how this will effect them playing in the NCAA tournament, without any experience

Just got back from Eugene after watching the Cal game. Cal got behind at about the 10 point mark in both of the first two games, then came back and seemed to control the match. Liinespeople gave every close call to Oregon and missed a touch that may have cost Cal Game 2. Cutera put away most of her good chances (inclding one that was justlike warm-ups where they go over the net and pound straight down), but Cal settled for long, high sets for Pressey and Cutera; not going to work in the tournament against a good team that will get a triple block out there (see Washington). Morgan Beck came on strong in the second half of the match and gave Cal a different target; she was actually getting set in back row and got the match winner. Good to see Cal fight through for the win against a good team, with some adverse calls and a rowdy pre-basketball game student crowd letting them have it from courtside.

From Monday's Daily Californian:Cal Volleyball Exacts Revenge on Oregondailycal.org/sharticle.php?id=22365However - I'd add that she looks to be functionally ambidextrous (or is that amphibious?) and may even be naturally left-handed. Judge for yourselves:
