Hooker's court awareness and shot choice has improved a tremendous amount since the preseason.

Larson is so high error this match, if she wasn't we would be in game 3 already.

What a ridiculous sideout choice to set Engle, who is struggling on a terrible angle for a left hander.

My prediction is that Texas comes back in game 3, but then has a big ugly service error down the clutch and gives it away.

Texas is so talented, and I know Jerrit has some strengths as a coach, I just see this is a program that lacks mental toughness.

texas is soooo much better than how they play. i mean, their talent level, their experience should be producing a much higher level of vball. theyre a great team, but they should be so much better. they match up with nebraska player for player. i just dont think jerritt elliot is leading this team correctly.

It just looks like a team that relies heavily on Freshmen talent. What do you get? Inconsistency. But damn, they are very good freshmen.

keystone, i couldnt agree with you more. id pick texas to go deep into the ncaa tournament, but then again, they can play so bad that its possible for them to be knocked out in the second round. disappointing job from elliot.

nice idea coach cook. fake a nosebleed to slow the momentum. haha In all seriousness, are there rules about this? Did Nebraska have to spend a timeout? IMO that delay was too long if they didnt. I don't know the official rule, but common sense-wise they should have had to either sub for her or spend a timeout...

Could this be a sweep? Down 2-0 in the coliseum with it being the last regular season match--- that is just not a good place to be if your texas.

You get a medical timeout. It has to be less than a minute, are you serious?

Larson is awful right now. She is stoppable, and she is proving by stopping herself. Pavan, is looking like a POY. Sorry...don't agree. Even with a high error ratio what Larson does with her jump serve , her defense and her quickness is vital to NU's success.
