Alright, nobody get mad at me, but I have unilaterally divided this board up into a men/boys and women/girls. I know the voting was not completed yet, so if you're going to yell at me, then fine. But for now, I decided this was the right thing to do. The men and boys need their own forum so their voices can be heard and not drowned out by the loud discussions on the women's side.
If we grow more in popularity and this board becomes unmanagable, then I'll consider dividing it up further into more subgroups like w college, junior girls, w intl, m intl, m college, junior boys, coaches, etc.
At some point, the division gets ridiculous.

I love the division! I agree that it's possible to go too far, but when college men's season begins, a separate division for them would work for me.

Thank you Roger for dividing Men's and Women's VB forum. ;D There is nothing to lose for those who like to read everything, yet save a lot of time for many who just want to read posting of the either men's or women's VB topics.  I am sure even during the men's season in the spring, women's VB fans will post numerous messages on their side and will be happy talking about their favorites. I love the board separation. I usually only post during the men's season because that is my biggest interest and it seems that on the other board any men's topic was quickly forgotten and swallowed up. Thanks for doing this, it's great!
