Most players aren't getting .75 scholarships. Some might be getting that, some might be getting more and some are definitely getting less. At Long Beach, they try to spread the money around and give as many players as they can books and tuition which is a little more than 1/2 a scholarship since tuition went up. If you are out of state, you have to come up with the out of state portion of your tuition on your own until you become a resident. The scholarship doesn't cover out of state tuition costs at any of the schools. Private schools don't have that issue because the cost is the same for everyone.
