Who do you guys think will be the best players, presently, to come out of college and compete at the next level and for God's sake don't reply Tony Ching!

I won't say Tony Ching, but I will narrow it down for you by saying, it won't be a player that believes what you believe in which is that the ONLY way of scoring points is by kills, blocks, and aces as you stated in the other thread. ;D

EXTRA, EXTRA!!! LOL, doesn't understand what point scoring is!
Its a statistic, its not actually scoring points, you don't think I know that foot faulting and lifting are points for the other team? I can understand where you are coming from though, where you play you probably rely on the other team to make points for you by foot faults, lifts and being out of rotation. My bad. Hey in the words of THEMAN, "I'm over you"!!!

I do know what point scoring is, I even corrected you on that in the other thread when you clearly stated that the ONLY way of scoring points is by kills, blocks, and aces. It's also nice that you like to start with the name calling, for it just shows that you truly have nothing intelligent to say and you are embarrassed about it too. ;D

This is what I wrote "The game today is all about scoring points, you can ONLY score by kills, blocks and aces." Now, when I said "you" I meant "you" as in singular (meaning only one). You see, you have to put things into context (that means you have to read those other words before that sentence to understand the meaning of the sentence you are reading) Now, the context of the topic was between who was a better player, Tony Ching or Clay Stanley and I was saying that Clay Stanley was better because "The game today is all about scoring points" and " you can ONLY score by kills, blocks and aces." Hey, thats really nice that you can read each word out loud, I guess Junior College really isn't that worthless. If you want more lessons in comprehension (that means understanding) then please, feel free to ask. I can read just fine, this is why I find it rather odd that you mentioned in your other response to me that you were over me, but, clearly you are not. So now with that stated, seeking your help in reading comprehension isn't a wise choice on my part. Oh, and by the way, I noticed that you feel that "a lot" is one word too (you spelled it as "alot") which you typed in the other post. Now if you are going to offer your help in reading comprehension, better learn how to spell first, at least the simple words as "a lot". ;D

Congratulations!!! Are you moving on to 5 letter words next week? I can see you cannot even count either for I have been typing out words with more than 5 letters in them. ;D

This thread kind of confused me, but I think i have to agree with spikemaster. If a player hits a ball out, shanks a pass, makes a service error, etc., then technically nobody is scoring a point, but a player is giving up a point, which I don't think is accounted for as far as "scoring" goes. It would be an interesting stat to have, because all the sites I've seen only seem to account for points scored and not points given up.

Can we get back on subject... I actually thought that this would be a good thread!
Coming out of college... well... USA's top hopefuls have to be Brad Keenan out of Pepperdine and Curt Toppel out of Stanford (if he ever heals). Of course there are quite a few international college seniors that may go on to bigger and better things. For instance Costas from Hawaii.
By the way (I know someone knows)... does anyone know of Costas' plans with the Greek National Team?

I think Costas and Yuval should both defect. Other than that happening I think Rooney will also be a factor on the national team. Stanley always seemed like a player who would develop. What the heck happened to Roumaine? He was supposed to be the next coming of Karch, went to Europe and kind of fizzled, then disappeared from everyone's minds. The men's team is looking pretty dismal with some excellent players, but nobody really exciting.
