Alexis Forsythe, the big middle from Ca (more frequently Houston), is a great kid and a BIG girl. While she was not ready to jump into everything right out of high school, she seems ready now. Her slow rise was more out of choice than talent. I am hoping she is ready to stay in the big leagues because she has some big hands and strong shoulders (made for blocking), and I believe she can make a difference. GO LEX!

Okay,
So for 2009, along with Tuaniga we got transfers Alex Forsythe (6'4 M CA) from Houston Baptist and Corinne Cascioppo (6'3 OH CA) from Mesa State. Both of whom had trouble qualifying out of high school to Oregon St. and USC.
And apparently, Alyssa Wistrick was a nice little rumor started by a nice little fan. Unfortunate because she seemed like a good one.
For 2010, the `Bows have two verbal commitments from Kaela Goodman (6'1 OH CA) and Rainette Uiato (5'10 S CA). They will two more scholarships available.
And for 2011, Megan Moenoa (5'10 S CA), Litara Kiet (6'0 M CA), and Jane Croson (5'11 OH CA) all have Hawaii near the top of their list, but there is no commitment (or perhaps scholarship offer) -- yet.
Pretty fun time to be a Hawaii fan.

They will both be sophomores so they'll be in the same class as Danielson and Ferrell if they don't redshirt.

Isn't Jane Croson part of the 2010 class? I think Litara is too right?

There is no guarantee that Megan will be attending Hawaii. It was first rumored that she was going there but she is keeping her options open. I do know of other schools that are interested in her and she is interested as well. Hawaii really wants her and are wanting to offer her but she is on the fence as of right now.

Speaking of hip boots, I was surprised to learn that you can buy guns at Wal-Mart -- in the fishing section. Gave me a start!

LOL - I can just visualize the look on her face if someone approaches her with that line of questioning. If I was her parent, I'd tell that person to BACK OFF! !
