The schedule of a true environmentalist, our Governor Arnold
Takes his private jet from California to Washington DC.
Stays for a day for a photo op with Obama to announce federal regulations for fuel economy.
Flys back to California on his private jet.
Not to mention the fact that he commutes almost daily from his home in Santa Monica to the state capital in Sacramento on his private jet.

Darn that California Governor!
If only there were some way to hold a special election and replace their governor with a good Republican who will stay in office for at least 6 years, enacting non-corrupt legislation that will keep the state from sliding into financial ruin, never mind sliding into the ocean.
Yep, if only the people of California, who apparently were too dense to elect a good governor, could somehow call a do-over election. I'm sure this time they'll spend months doing in-depth research on the public service records of the candidates and come out with the right person for the job. There's no way this do-over election could fail!

well gas in Hawai`i, on Maui jus reached $3 ...after it took so long for it to drop under $2.50 But Hawaii has price controls on gasoline, although supposedly it is market sensitive. Hawaii also doesn't have any refining facilities, so transport costs (and hence price at the pump) should be higher.

Not to mention the fact that he commutes almost daily from his home in Santa Monica to the state capital in Sacramento on his private jet. That's one huge carbon footprint. I wonder if he still has his Hummer? At least he isn't a huge advocate for Global Warming like Al Gore, who has been known to take more than his fair share of private jet rides.

No..I expected liberals to REJOICE.
or at least hold hearings as in WHY THE COST IS SOARING while the price of oil isn't and inventories of GAS are at or near ALL TIME HIGHS
I expected them to WHINE LIKE CHILDREN the way they did when BUSH was PRESIDENT.
but maybe OBAMA will bail us out by artificially lowering prices to stimulate our economies.? ;D
naaa...
