99.9% sure that it will not be Kansas. ;D I hope you're not a gambling person. Any comments? I'm sure Cindy is really proud. The same as earlier: and another because you asked. What an incredible game...I still can't believe it! Focused on my huskies, now. Bye-bye ;D

As I posted elsewhere, is today a bad day for intelligence among sports fans? in any case ... someone predicting Kansas over Northern Iowa hardly makes them "uninformed." .... sheesh!

As I posted elsewhere, is today a bad day for intelligence among sports fans? Just the year of the NCAA MB Tournament upset(s). Seeds are falling all over the place; UW and New Mexico included (hurrah)!

Almost everything the CBS team said was wrong. Got the Koch brothers' names wrong. Got the Missouri Valley Conference NCAA tourney facts wrong - repeatedly - and made weak attempts to correct themselves. Said incorrect things like "The MVC doesn't have other seven footers for UNI to play against." Generally looked worse than a high school broadcasting team. The there are the fans' mistakes.

I'm jumping in late here and didn't read this thread, so I'm sorry if someone already mentioned this...but did anyone else hear them say that Cindy was the coach at Iowa? They mentioned Farok playing for the Iranian National Team, then said Cindy coached in Washington and now at Iowa! I'm picturing Sharon sitting at home saying, "Wait, what have I been doing there for the last few years!?!" ;D

There are a few programs whose fans have epic meltdowns. UW volleyball fans can be fun to watch but KU basketball fans are among the best. Go to the KU board and watch experts perform a meltdown.

In another twist, Kansas volleyball coach Ray Bechard's son Brennan is a student manager on the KU basketball team and was a member of the Jayhawks 2008 NCAA National Championship team.
