So does the shortened season, plus lost recruiting time save a few jobs potentially both this year and next? Jobs will sure be saved but it's up to the Athletic Directors on which course he/she want's to take with that specific coach/program.

Wentworth (D3 in Boston and the Commonwealth Coast Conf.) has split their position with Evin remaining with the men's team and Matt Dugan being promoted to women's coach and remaining as assistant men's coach. With potential spring matches ahead for women, there aren't a lot of coaches who do both but there are certainly some. Will be interesting to see if others split the duties too or not. www.wentworthathletics.com/sports/wvball/2020-21/releases/20200729gbsbbv

Success he has had on both men's and women's side has laid great foundation for Matt to step into with the women and definitely played a factor in the school splitting the job. Don't think that you will see the trend spread on a permanent basis (possibly temporarily) with financial strains that schools are under. There will be a number of creative solutions allowing both programs to compete simultaneously during the spring (if we get there).

Annie leaving on the women's side was a big shock. But two highly coveted jobs for sure

Is it too presumptive to see Voges taking over for Dywolski? As for Annie leaving...any tasty rumors of her going UP two divisions to a highly sought D1 spot out PA way?
