Don't see any indications that Jessup is adding Men's VB. But, their Women's VB head coaching job just came open a couple of days ago. Wonder if the job posting is meant for the women's job. I found the Jessup Employment page which has job listings for both a women's head volleyball coach and men's head volleyball coach ( jessup.edu/about/employment/). I'm with you; I wish I could find something that says definitively that the University is adding men's volleyball, but soliciting applicants for both jobs sure makes it seem like they are adding a men's program. I'm keeping my eye out for an official announcement. Jessup announced hiring of Kyle Steele from Ottawa Arizona as women's coach and that he will also be the interim men's head coach: jessupathletics.com/news/2024/3/7/womens-volleyball-kyle-steele-named-next-head-coach-of-jessup-volleyball.aspx

Is he leaving OUAZ effective immediately or after the men's season? It doesn't seem to indicate that in the article.

Is he leaving OUAZ effective immediately or after the men's season? It doesn't seem to indicate that in the article. I checked the OUAZ website and he is still listed as the head coach. There are no announcements about him leaving. I think he will be with OUAZ through the end of the men's season. Someone needs to get going on the men's recruiting at Jessup, though. They are going to find it difficult just to put a team on the floor next year. I suspect some OUAZ players will follow him, though.

King University in Bristol Tennessee is looking for a GA for the Women's/Men's programs for next year. Pros: Free MBA or Masters of Healthcare Admin. Opportunity to actually coach, no glorified secretaries here. Head Coaches who've been assistants and know the life (and are incredibly likable). Data Volley tutoring from the pros (if you want). Work life balance. Paid Camp opportunities. It's Bristol Baby! Charter buses on all long trips. Being appreciated for all your hard work!
Not as pro - only an MBA or MHA. $500 stipend no room and board. It's Bristol Baby. You occasionally have to drive a van.
Interested applicants can email Men's Head Coach Marquis Clark at mdclark1@king.edu
