HUTTON FOR PRESIDENT. Is there anyone more unstoppable right now than this kid? 22-4-32 against #1 UCI? I'd say he took it to the UCI block. Two straight matches over .500...Knipe is a friggin' gold miner. Great win, Beach! It's on w/ Al's crew Sat Nite

Good job Hutton! He was outstanding. Let's see how he performs, now that LBSU isn't the underdog, and is the favorate!

I still stick to my previous statement.. the aforementioned reason why hutton is playing. Kudos to him, he literally carried beach to a win last night. Not Tyler, Not Tarr. HUTTON!
Bad set or good set he swings and swings hard. 2 kills and 2 aces in four straight points for the beach to pull away from UCI down the stretch of game 3. How fitting the game ends on a hutton kill. How the heck can UCI can leave him one on one at match point. That kid is a fighter, I'll take a team with fight anyday over a team of talent.
However, he still can not block or play any D. And if UCLA's block starts big, Hutton will overswing and hit the bleachers more than he will the floor. I just hope the Hutton run does not implode. Not confident yet. UCLA is playing well.

BASED ON HIS PERFORMANCE LAST NIGHT ASK UCI JUST HOW EFFECTIVE HE IS!! ;D He is the reason that things got straightened out at the Beach. He has been the catalyst that was needed and kudos to both the coaches and to him, of course, for finding the right combination.....

Hutton has done a great job lately. He is the catalyst that has allowed LBSU to play so well into the playoffs. As well as Hutton has played, he is also benefitting from Tarr's presence and the fact that Tarr attracts most of the blocks. The big test will come this Saturday.

It was my first time watching Hutton play last night and I was amazed. Usually you think of a guy with so many kills the last several games to be big, tall or have hops out of the building. This guy has none of this. He just has this uncanny ability to hit exactly where he wants after seeing the block before hand. One time he was roofed by a triple block and then he came right back against the same block and hit it right off the highest guys hands for the point. He also seems to see not only the block but where the open space is. Many of his kills are never touched by anyone. The other exceptional thing is his quick release. No big windup necessary to generate his power.
Anyway i was impressed. Just what LBC needed for this year end run.

He is clearly the spark that turned LBSU's season. I wonder if he knows how influential he is to his team's success. Good Job Hutton.
