If it matters to anyone, the UC school system is on spring break this week. perhaps that is why no games for those teams. (UCLA, UCI, UCSD, UCSB) They took finals last week. I wonder if I used that info in my picks last week since I chose all to lose their matches including UCSD (USC really let me down)
No predictions for me yet, I must consult my crystal ball. I will post tomorrow

My picks: My Brigham Young beats Northridge in 5 the first night. The Y over Northridge in 4 to sweep them the next. Pacific will wonder WHERE the Pacific is when they are beaten 3-1 on the first night and swept the second (sorry...no Tiger in the empty gas tank!) by the Hawaii hit squad. UH is on a roll. The Long Beach "youth" squad will be tutored by Pepperdine...Pep in 4. Long Beach gets their revenge on USC...sweeping in 3. New York University will not have fun playing in the Pacific...they'll have a Tiger by the tail. Pacific in 4. Pepperdine will give volleyball lessons when Rutgers-Newark shows up to play. Pepperdine in 3. This was an easy week...next week will be tougher.

Brigham Young @ Northridge - split Pacific @ Hawaii - sweep for Hawaii Long Beach @ Pepperdine - tough one - Long Beach Long Beach @ USC - Long Beach all the way! New York University @ Pacific - Pacific Rutgers-Newark @ Pepperdine - Pepperdine Go Rutgers! With so few games and some of them seeming to be so lop-sided, there will be a huge tie for first and another one for second this week.

I KNOW YOU THINK I'M NUTS, BUT I GOT TO GO WITH MY SCARLET KNIGHTS. LET ME EXPLAIN. I'M ONE OF THOSE FORTUNATE PARENTS WHOSE KIDS ARE ON FULL VOLLEYBALL SCHOLARSHIPS (GO TITLE IX). MY BABY GIRL PLAYED FOR THE RUTGERS SCARLET KNIGHTS AND HAD A NICE CAREER AND GRADUATES WITH A GOOD COLLEGE EDUCATION. THUS, I HAVE TO SHOW MY LOYALTY TO THE SCARLET KNIGHTS. RU, RU, RU, RAH.... .....GO SCARLET KNIGHTS. 'HOW YOU DOIN', BOOKUMDANOALOHA.

here i go again, hopefully do better this time...
BYU wins both, not impressed with CSUN UH sweeps Pacific, UH starting to play really well... Gotta go with my buds at Pepp against the Beach The Beach beats USC, who can't beat USC?? Pacific crushes NYU Pepp over Rutgers, why fly 3000 miles to get pummeled
Miva predictions:
Why even waste their time?? Lewis kills Clarke with intramural players Lewis then beats Ohio State, LU is tough this year Ball State over QU, QU just too young this year Mercyhurst at Findlay, gotta go with Findlay at home in the battle of the division 1 high schools IPFW at Loyola, Loyola just too much unless Ptak loses his purse and starts hitting Ohio State beats Quincy in the battle for kindergarten supremacy, both teams extremely young IPFW over Clarke, nothin else to say Loyola makes Mercyhurst cry Loyola beats Clarke, will Clarke win this year?? prolly not Lewis chokes Mercyhurst BSU vs. PSU, gotta give BSU the MIVA love
