How fitting that both UCLA and LBSU were swept by the teams in the regular season and both come back tonight to win when it really counts!

Despite my intuition saying UCI will get it, UH did sweep them last time they played. But UCI won the conference tourney, was ranked #1 for several weeks, and had a 21 match win streak. But on the other hand, UH had a 19 game win streak and have a strong argument of their own. Like I said on another post, another reason to vote for the 8 team NCAA tourney.

IF YOU USE THE SAME LOGIC THAT WAS USED LAST YEAR WHEN LONG BEACH DIDN'T GO UCI SHOULD BE THE AT LARGE THIS YEAR....WON REGULAR CONFERENCE, HAD THE BEST RECORD IN THE COUNTRY, WERE #1 a long time, and went one round farther than UH did in the playoffs.....can't possibly give it to UCLA or Long Beach because of season records.....but I agree, all the more reason to expand the tournament

The Bren Center was never quiet because Long Beach had way more fans than UCI. The Long Beach side was packed and loud. Fun stuff! Why wouldn't the UCI band be there? It was kinda sad seeing their lonely 4 or 5 little cheerleaders and that was it. Up 2 games-none, wow this is a crazy night. The Bren center must be awful quiet right about now.
