I picked "my own" for Alan Parson's SIRIUS which is actually the intro for EYE IN THE SKY. Sorry if I screwed up your stats.

Thought about including Sweet Caroline. I think it's amusing to watch college kids getting into Neil Diamond!

You gotta go AC/DC on Brian Johnsons birthday!! Is he 64? How has his voice lasted this long? AC/DC still going strong. I loved this one from their last album. It was one of the intro songs at Texas BB games 2 seasons ago.

A few years ago the Mets were looking for a song to play before the bottom of the 8th and had a fan vote. Sweet Caroline won and Boston fans were ticked since that's their tradition and they felt other teams shouldn't use it. Anyways, the crowd never got into it and it was quickly replaced with Meet the Mets.

Great song by my favorite band, although I can't say I've ever heard it at a sporting event. Maybe I've been watching/attending the wrong events

For a croquet tournament, perhaps. When Trevor Hoffman was the closer for the San Diego Padres, they would play "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC as he finished warming up in the bullpen and walked out to the mound. It was very cool - the crowd would go nuts as soon as the first bell rang out - a real life counterpart to the scene in Major League where Charlie Sheen walks out to "Wild Thing." Also, the intro to "Enter Sandman" always works.

That song was literally everywhere I went when I was in Europe a few months back. Every country, every cafe, every bar. Thanks for nothing for reminding me of its existence.

Also, the intro to "Enter Sandman" always works. I'd say. Mariano Rivera, Virginia Tech Football, Sandman (pro wrestler), Los Angeles Angels, etc. That song is everywhere for sports!
