The good: Kessy/Ross won.
The bad: The mistakes, the nerves, the poor decision making.
The only thing that counts, of course, is the win. But they will get slaughtered in the semi's if they don't seriously up their game. Which they are entirely capable of doing - just need to control the butterflies, play their own game with letting distractions (bad calls etc) affect them.

Im hoping the Germans can upset the Brasilians but it's doubtful. I think the German team would be a better match up for Kessy and Ross.

I was sitting there thinking, "Okay, the Czechs need a 12-4 run to deny us a win." Somehow, they almost got it there. Yikes.
They have to play smarter than they did on those last 7-8 points combined. There was no need to be rocking it so hard for the corner on 2-3 of those errors when both Czech players were on one side.

if Kessy-Ross win, the US will medal at a minimum. God, what a dilemma, rooting for the USA, but rooting for two USC players is tough. Right there with you!
