Brazil is no different. Good match-up for them and Japan is playing inconsistently. USA will dispatch of Brazil like they have the previous 5 head-to-heads, probably a sweep.

Saori taking a lot of swings. That shoulder will really be painful after the match

Looks like we'll have a repeat of the Beijing final.

Trust me, Brazil will not win the Gold if Jacqueline will be the starting OH.

Jacqueline and Garay were a big part of the Brazil offense today; lots of tools and winners. Hopefully the US will control them better. Thaisa continues to impress, at least on offense. Brazil actually looked better v. Japan than US v. Korea, although there were intervals of trading sideouts for extended periods.

Jacqueline and Garay didn't have much of a block in front of them... if you saw the Brazil x. Russia match, Garay couldn't put a ball away or play defense to save her life, Jacqueline was a bit better, but not much. I'll take nothing from this match going into Saturday's final.

Well, not sure if we will win, but I do know we are flat out better than they are.

Well, not sure if we will win, but I do know we are flat out better than they are. Agree. We are more poised, more polished, better defensively, better passing, slight edge our way at the net,...that doesn't mean we'll win.. but we are better.

Thank god. Hopefully they'll gobble it enough to show the whole thing. and live!!! Unfortunately, they show it live if they only "like" it. If they like it more, they show it live an a broadcast channel. If they gobble it up though, it's tape delayed to show it in prime time (and 3 hours later on the west coast). Got to love TV these days.
