You gotta admit the South Florida coach looks a little crazy: www.gousfbulls.com/SportSelect.dbml?SPID=2920&SPSID=36667And the video is so amateurish, it's crazy for USF to post it. I don't know if the USF coach really is crazy. But all the transfers, including the first-team all-conference star, point to some real problems. Does anyone have specifics about what's wrong there?

I took a gander at the video. I know nothing about the South Florida coach, but she didn't look particularly crazy, nor was the video production amateurish. I beginning to think you should seek help.

I took a gander at the video. I know nothing about the South Florida coach, but she didn't look particularly crazy, nor was the video production amateurish. It depends on your standards. When a mid-major has a stream of players transferring out, that's a bad sign by normal standards. When the team's best player is leaving, that's a worse sign. An interview with the coach that's done at a low level of production, with the coach looking sloppy, elbows on the table, that's another bad sign. By my standards, a quality coach at any level should appear more professional and shouldn't be losing so many players. Mainly I'm asking if anyone has details about what's up with so many transfers out of South Florida. It's a good school. What's the problem?

FYI head coach coach at University of South Florida is CRAZY. Just look at how much the roster has changed in the only 3 years she has been there (. She has lost a lot of great players and now lost Erin Fairs this year. It is the coach- not the players wanting to leave- that is all COVER. Can't this be true for any head coach? What deems a HC to be crazy? I have had experiences with "crazy" coaches but there isn't anything to go by...Will the new coaches being hired elsewhere in the next couple of months be crazy if girls on their roster want to leave? I think there are more reasons than a crazy coach to transfer schools. Not a valid argument, sorry. On another note, anyone have an idea of where Erin Fairs is headed and if she wants to go closer to home, where is home?

We all probably know coaches that behind closed doors are not very nice people. They belittle their athletes or they get lazy on the coaching side. Many of these athletes realize it isn't worth having to deal with that situation and decide to transfer. A coach can make your life miserable as an athlete and really make your college experience depressing.. And the reverse is also true. I don't have first hand knowledge of this coach so I can't speak to why those girls left, but crazy coach is a valid reason to leave a program.

I'm pretty sure she's from Richmond, Texas, which is 30 miles southwest of Houston. She should transfer to U of H. They need help in that position. There's not a lot of choices in Houston.

Erin Fairs has committed to Louisville. Great fit for her.

She wasn't happy at USF. Going closer to home would've been nice for her but that was not her main priority. She wanted to be happy.
