Sparty sweeps the Boilers.
Discuss.

Depends on Gopher outcome. I do not see Boilers or Sparty in.

Buckeyes just finished Gophers in 5, so Goldy is out.

This is so absurd that none of the three deserving BIg 10 teams will make the tournament as a result of RPI bs. They are more deserving than about 5 teams in the Big 12 and SEC that are going to get in, Maryland and Rutgers need to get their RP is up quick so this doesn't keep happening to the Big 10 in future years.

I find it hard to believe that a 13-7 or 12-8 B1G team won't get in, regardless of their RPI. OTOH, they lose to Wisconsin and that's a 3-7 finish.
Not a great year for the B1G.

I wonder if Purdue will still be ranked after this week. Is there another poll on Monday?
How often does a ranked team not make the NCAA tournament.
I'm hoping MSU makes it in. They don't have any really bad losses, but The Purdue win is their only win against a ranked opponent.
It'll be interesting to see how many Big Ten teams get in this year.

Why can't Purdue play on the road?

Why can't Purdue play on the road? Well, I hope they continue to be unable to play on the road come Friday.

Why can't Purdue play on the road? Too young? Probably Minnesota's problem, too.

Seems to me that LSU is on the bubble because their resume is questionable... just like the resume of Michigan State and Purdue. It also seems to me that the RPI has been exceedingly kind to B1G teams in the past... so it is BS this year because some B1G teams have underperformed? Who exactly has Michigan State beaten that makes them so 'deserving'?

Minny, MSU, and Purdon't are certainly more deserving. Though I must say they're not more deserving than the WCC and other Western teams that get shafted pretty much every year.
