I'll admit, I'm as surprised as everyone else that she chose Texas, but I'm excited to see her play at Gregory Gym! Texas Volleyball continues to have a bright future!

I'm excited as well!! She already is an elite attacker who is starting on a good 18's team! What I think people are forgetting is that she has 2 more years to work on her skills (especially passing) before she even gets to campus!
Going off the conversation earlier on passing, if her and Buckinghame start on the left in 2017, I think Texas' passing woes will be greatly improved. Plus the solid DS/L's they'll have there as well!
I'm very excited for the future!

I think Robinson will eventually become a strong SR player at the intl level. Robinson has put up solid/good passing numbers for USA. That comment was out of left field. I took it as a sarcastic comment.
IMO I thought Robinson was the best collegiate 6 rotation player her senior year.

You know they cant pass either. Why the hostility? well we know hodge, davis, and robinson can't pass. hill, larson, banwarth can. Robinson can't pass and Hill can? We might be talking about different sports.

White is a beast on the left side attack, and at this stage is decent in passing and has the athleticism to improve.

My comment wasn't sarcastic. I was responding to the previous poster that lumped Robinson in w/ Davis and Hodge, saying that she "can't pass". I think Robinson, although she has the occasional shank in her first year at the intl level, that she has the tools to become a strong SR player like Larson and Tom.

By 2017 you potentially have White, YBG, Buckingham, and Sun as pin hitters. I'm curious to see how it all works out. Barring any additional transfers/redshirts/injuries your 2017 Roster could look like this: 2017S-Ashley Shook MB/OH-Brionne Butler OH-Lexi Sun L/DS-Olivia Zelon 2016OH-Abby Buckingham L/DS-Autumn Rounsaville L/DS-Claire Hahn MB-Orie Agbaji MB-Blair Westerlund 2015OH-Micaya White OH-Yasmeen Bedhart-Ghani MB-Morgan Johnson L/DS-Lauren Beard L/DS-Natalie Gilbert 2014L/DS-Cat McCoy MB-Mirta Baselovic

My post was referencing c4ndles comment about left field and had to quote that post which lost the original post(we all know Hodge, Davis, and Robinson can't pass) by ballervolley which I thought was sarcastic (and if it wasn't then it was from left field).
I do agree with your post on Robinson.

For what it's worth, I don't really buy into all the hype surrounding Lexi Sun. I'm curious to see how she performs at the collegiate level. It'd be great if she could contribute on day one, but making the transition from high school to college is as much a mental process as it is a physical one.

You know they cant pass either. Why the hostility? Maybe Mick can come watch us play in person on our home floor during the Regional in December. He knows his way to Gregory Gymnasium. You are very disrespectful and seem to have a lot of anger. Why don't you walk over to the coop and go upstairs. As you come downstairs, read the names on the banners. Last time I was there, Mick's was printed yet Jerritt's was still on a piece of tape (hopefully they have fixed that by now). It is really speaks volumes about your own insecurities, that you get so rude and hyper defensive when someone points out what you (and everyone who has watched TX volleyball) knows to be true. How does saying "what about your school" invalidate his point? Can't we just move and and debate the topic at hand? Like, why is she not at Stanford???
