Who is Shebby's boyfriend? Stanley Johnson of the Pistons? I know they went to the same high school, though she was a grade ahead of him.
I'd love to see her at USC or UCLA, though isn't it very difficult to transfer to another school within the Pac-12???

Not a transfer, but I have been asked to help place this athlete. Her email address is at the end of the video so please contact her directly if you are interested: My name is Maria Poole and I am a Norwegian indoor volleyball player. I am currently a student at the Norwegian volleyball high school ”Top Volley Norway.” This school offers a programme where I can both study as well as train and play volleyball. I am now in my last year, and will be graduating in June 2016. My ambition is to get a scholarship in the US so I can play volleyball on a high level as well as getting a good education. Volleyball – results and achievements I started playing volleyball in 2009, and have played actively ever since. I am 6’0 ft. tall and my spike reach is 9’10 ft. I am currently in my final year in high school. We train volleyball three hours a day as well as strength. During the past two years, I have played 24 international matches with the junior national team. I am also on the senior national team and currently have two international matches on this level. My school team participate in the elite division in Norway. It is the highest division possible to play in. I am the team captain and also among the top five point takers (Source: www2.poengliga.no/index.php/tabeller/tabeller-kvinner-2014-18) in the whole division. I play diagonal and am also left-handed. In my home club I also play diagonal as well as being the team captain. We placed a second place in the Norwegian championships 2014 in the under 17-class. I also earned the title for best diagonal at the championships. The following year we participated in the Norwegian championships in the under 19-class. We placed fifth place and I also earned the title for best diagonal. My strengths in volleyball are attack, block and serve. As well as these physical strengths, I would also consider myself a strong-minded player. I always play with confidence and focus on keeping the team concentrated throughout the games. Being the team captain requires having a positive relationship with both teammates and my coach, and I believe I have that. I have had many coaches from many different countries, and they would all attest to that I am very coachable. I speak fluently english. My father is british and the family have lived abroad for different periods of my life, in Malaysia, Usa(Houston) and Australia. I have been enrolled at international schools and would say I have developed good skills in adjusting to new cultures, people and school- systems. School – Subjects and SAT scores I study science. My subjects are Mathematics, Chemistry and I also studied Physics last year. In university, I am interested in studying Physics. In June 2016 I will receive my final grades as well as my GPA. In December 2015 I took the “SAT with essay”–test. My score in each section are as following: Mathematics section: 640 Critical reading section: 450 Writing section: 430 Total score: 1520 I will also take the TOEFL test in Moss, Norway on Saturday 30.01.16. Skills tape: I hope to hear from you, Sincerely, Maria Poole

I am not sure "decommitting" is an accurate description of what happened.

Actually, let me correct myself. Frankie Shebby and Stanley Johnson graduated Mater Dei H.S. the same year (2014). He spent a year playing basketball for the University of Arizona while she had her freshman year at Oregon. He is now in the NBA with the Pistons as she completed her sophomore year at Oregon.
Interesting to see where she will end up. I thought she played excellently her freshman year. As a sophomore, she had a surprisingly slow start, then played much better at the end of the season. I wonder what issues were/are going on there?

I'm curious to see what impact she has over the next couple of years.

Kizzy Ricedorff and Tia Philippart are not on the 2016 Arizona State roster. Does anyone know if Ricedorff medically retired?

Sounds like Blayke Hranicka is going to move from NC State to somewhere in the Big 10.

From Ricedorff's instagram: "I'd like to officially announce that after an amazing and successful three years playing for Arizona State, I have been placed on 'medical hardship/disqualification' due to my sickness this past fall. I will sadly forgo my senior year, but will retain my scholarship and be able to proudly graduate as a Sun Devil in December."
