Speaking of Notre Dame, what are we expecting from them this year? We are in year two of McLaughlin's stewardship.

Speaking of Notre Dame, what are we expecting from them this year? We are in year two of McLaughlin's stewardship. On the north side of 0.500. I don't expect McLaughlin to have any noticeable success at Notre Dame until Year 4. I also don't think McLaughlin will get close to a national title at Notre Dame...ever. If he gets to the Elite Eight, I'll eat my shoe.

Sarah Dixon from Zona to KState on Richkern Once Buzzerio left, Dixon was bound to bolt. Only surprise is that they didn't end up in the same place.

Sarah actually started taking official visits during spring workouts with Rubio's support. Both kids are terrific, from great families and are both talented. The reality is that if you look to history as a guide, they have moved together, multiple times over the past few years. They moved high schools, clubs and now college and in the past moves, they moved and stayed together on the court. Best of luck to both in their new environs.

They both played club volleyball together at Club West from 12 through 17 and moved to Coast winning a bronze at Nationals for their 18's year when Cub West collapsed from coaching defections and financial issues. Committed to U of A during sophomore years. It didn't work out at U of A for them, but I hope it does at Iowa and K State. As you say, they are both terrific kids and talented players who will positively impact their new programs.

Wow! This is a HUGE get for the Fullerton program. With Fayad, CSF will not go win less in 2015.

Very interesting transfer! (Her younger sister will be a freshman OH for San Diego this fall.) This explains why Shimen Fayad--Missouri Valley Conference All Freshman 1st Team--most likely left Wichita St.(27-9, NCAA 2nd round losers to eventual National Champion Nebraska) for Cal State Fullerton(0-16 Big West Conference, 0-28 overall in 2015). She wanted to be near her sister who will begin her freshman year at the University of San Diego.
