Here you go... the thread about anything. All posts about anything are welcome, as long as it has nothing to do with volleyball (since we are 'Off the Net').
I'll lead it off with my favorite movie quote of all time:

Shouldn't this sub-forum be called 'off the court' instead of 'off the net'?
Plenty of volleyball related activity occurs off the net, but off the court? Not so much.

This is certainly not what I was expecting. But it was worth the watch.

I agree. Very little difference between #3 and # 6. Kind of a gap between the two #1's and 3, and another gap between 6 and 7. 3 to 6 are pretty interchangeable.

Rowing Soccer should be higher. Soccer should be higher (at least higher than softball). And lacrosse should be on the list.

I have never seen women's college lacrosse in person or on TV...ever. So if it were the 11th sport on this list, where should lacrosse be inserted??

Divers -- especially the top ones in international competition -- are 14-16 years old. Ditto gymnastics. Don't make this thread into a creepy-sicko thread.

Let me VERY clear.
I am talking about COLLEGE athletes, not international competition in any of these sports. There is a huge difference between college gymnasts and international competitive gymnasts. College gymnasts are real, normal adult women, while most international gymnasts are pixie, child-looking, anorexic and grotesque. It is really sad to watch, especially China who uses gymnasts who look ten or eleven years old. That is why I never watch international gymnastics. College is a whole different ballgame. The competitors look like actual humans. Same is true for diving, though international competitors in diving are a lot older than gymnastics, typically.
