To some of you "all knowing" volleyball commentators...How do you keep up with all the games. I have a few websites that I can get the final scores, I listen to some of the games on-line... but some people such as Idahoboy, Ruffda!, and others seem to know everything about every game. So, how do you do it.... I really want to know......

Honestly, I spend WAAAAY too much time at the computer. I read a lot about the teams that are competing against my favorite teams, and follow their schedules. It's amazing how many teams you can end up following by doing just that for one or two teams. I also research the top 50 or so teams to follow how the NCAA tournament bubble will work out. At the beginning of the season, it's more difficult, but towards the end, things fall into place and you can omit teams that have screwed up. I actually use a schedule program (Microsoft Outlook) during the season. In the off-season, I do a lot of research and keep up with the topics on this and a few other forums. Plus, I'm lucky to have friends who have friends who are making the news, etc. Keep your eyes open for a tool in the near future to help you keep up with the games with a scheduling program. I'll make a post when it's available.

Ruffdork, You aren't authorized to use the term "dork" without consulting me first. Sincerely, SonofBarcelonaDork Gorf and BiK have already authorized (R)uffda, me, and themselves to be called dork at any point in time by each other... but you've got to be in the circle of trust to use it against us or feel our wrath!
