Mrs (R) here, posting for the better half who has, of course, made the trip out to Fort Collins for the weekend.
Score of the first game was 30-26 Gophs! But, here are what (R) found to be the two most satisfying aspects of the match.
1- Coach Haley had taken both of his timeouts by the time Minnesota had reached 20 points, and 2-Coach Haley took off his jacket and crouched on the floor near the Trojan servers for the end of game one.
(R) says his day is made just for the jacket thing. He says, he doesn't even care if the Gophers win the match or not, just the jacket is good enough for him. Hmmm. I bet he still wants them to win.
Go Gophers!

This would not only be massive for the gopher's, but huge for the big ten in general. What does USC have at stake here, a 44 match win streak???
