I thought I read somewhere that Inky is going to Zurich. Not 100% sure though Inky to Zurich would be awesome. You know since she'll be already in the Championships league. Quality of life is probably pretty good but Swiss League is entirely non-competitive. While Champions League is nice, the way it's structured does not guarantee all that many matches against top-level competition. I don't think it worked out too well for either Vansant or Hagglund as young talents. It probably helped Foluke to not have too packed of a schedule. I'd like to see young Americans going to Italian, Brazilian, Chinese, Turkish leagues, even if they're not Champions League.

The Swiss league is pretty weak compared to most leagues around the world but hey at least they have one.. ha. One thing I don't like of the Swiss league is the ability to stream video. Every volleyball federation seem to have more of a live streaming for their fans.

Hannah Tapp and Daly Santana get to play together once again in Il Bisonte Firenze in the Italian League. 5 Gopher alums, 4 from Northern Lights all playing in the Italian League next year (though Gibby and Wilhite might not be starting for their team) so Minnesota fans might want to consider getting a subscription to the Italian Volleyball Streaming Site. Also get to watch former rivals BIG Hodge-Easy, Michelle Bartsch, Carlini, Hancock, Sarah Pavan along with a string of other Americans and top international players. Italian league will be a lot of fun next year.

Don`t forget Samantha Bricio, Hill and Hodge gotta play their best otherwise Bricio could end up Knocking one of them from the starting line-up. Is Pavan playing in Italy? I`m surprised any Italian team could afford her. I was thinking she would stay in China.
