Interesting. The only way I'd see Nebraska using Smith as a setter would be in a 6-2. I'm not sure she's who you'd want backing up Hames to run a 5-1 if for some reason Hames is out.

Smith set a 6-2 at K-State, and while she has a very good serve, she's generously listed at 5-10. That's one reason I say it wouldn't be ideal to have her be your back-up option in a 5-1.

She is done playing volleyball from what I'm hearing, I think just attending Nebraska again as a normal student.

I don’t see Olivia Schwamberger on the Tennessee roster for 2018. I haven’t heard anything about a transfer for her - does anyone know if she’s retired or headed elsewhere?
