Happy to see Sokolowski get a career high in kills (11).

I haven't watched the match from today, but what a difference good passing and more options than Hall and Carlton makes. If Hammons and Sokolowski can have these kind of weekends, or even half as good, it relieves so much pressure from Hall and Carlton. Not to mention if Kramer and Kellum can carry a load too. I know they can't all be all stars at the same time, but what if?? We need some more of this diversity. I loved what I saw from this team this weekend.

I’m just curious, but why wasn’t Warner playing this weekend?

I’m just curious, but why wasn’t Warner playing this weekend? You weren’t paying attention.

I’m just curious, but why wasn’t Warner playing this weekend? Because Mia took a lot of her OP time in the 6-2. She saw some action, but it was sprinkled throughout the 3 matches. With shorter blockers on the other side, Mia can be a beast. She hit and blocked well.

I'd be curious to see Soko's hitting efficiency in system compared to the other hitters. When she has a good ball, it's almost automatic it has always seemed. But there's the other side of the spectrum where OOS = error. Not sure the lesson there. Hopefully this weekend builds her confidence.

You give her an in system quick set that’s high enough and it’s a definitely kill with heat! The problem is that our settlers tend to go to the middles with that set instead. It’s not a horrible decision but she kept getting OOS sets in the USC match and she made errors, as did Warner in the Florida State match. If we really start to assert right side and middle dominance, the Gators can go very far.

That is the only way I see those young ladies contributing more.

Glad to see the Gators did not come out slow. This is the type of set scores expected!
