So the judge in this case, I absolutely love how tough and blunt she was with him, BUT, could his defense team file for a mistrial or something with some of the comments she made? They seened like stuff a defense attorney would eat up to get ger discredited. She went WAY too far with her comments. I think he does have grounds for a re-trial, but he has to know it won't matter.

This was his contention all along. The bizarre thing is that at least some of the things he did do have a medical basis. But they are never done without someone else present. I find it hard to believe there is any actual medical value to any of it.

As a judge, her comments were over the top. And I loved every minute of it.

Which is why you and I aren't judges. Judges have to do their jobs.

Judge even gave him an opportunity to change his plea.

And without gloves.

Wow ... Michigan State pressy on Big Ten Network. Board of Trustees are apologizing. People are retiring, this is like Penn State. Seems as though Mich State had their own rules for handling sexual misconduct.

From the ESPN story linked in the OP: Looks like it is used BY THOSE TRAINED SPECIFICALLY in pelvic floor problems for things such as endometriosis, menstrual problems, pain during sex, after childbirth ajustment, and occasionally lower back pain. IMO, he saw it as a way to feed his perverted obsession. His child porn collection leads me to believe this.

His “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” statement was beyond belief.

This was his contention all along. The bizarre thing is that at least some of the things he did do have a medical basis. But they are never done without someone else present. I find it hard to believe there is any actual medical value to any of it. Often there was someone present. Often even the victim's mother or father was present. But yes, he also visited girls alone in their hotel rooms. He also had that training room at the Twistars gym on Monday nights where he was often alone. And at the Karoly's National Training Facility in Texas he was often left alone with a girl. So many red lights. After listening to all the testimonies, and to other medical professionals, it is clear that Nassar's reasons for sticking his un-gloved hands in girls vaginas (and no lubricant) was for sexual gratification. He would find any excuse to do this as often as he could. Often he would also even do this "to treat" ankle, knee, thigh, and other problems. He took pleasure from hurting the girls in this way. Most of the porn confiscated from his computer was of the sadistic nature.

And this also makes me wonder where else in the country is this happening? Sadly there will be another Penn State or Michigan State pop up.

John C. Manly has been hired by many of these young women..................he won hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements from the catholic church in its pedo priests problem
Many of these young women will be millionaires once all the lawsuits are filed and settled.
